After a 9-4 comeback win at Fairfield on Tuesday, the Seton Hall softball team extended its winning streak to three games thanks to a season-high 16 hits.
Mo Sobel was on the mound for the Pirates, but she was taken out of the game after the second frame after surrendering four runs to the Stags. The Pirates’ offense made up for Sobel’s struggles, however, as they retaliated with three runs in the fourth.
Emily Supercynski’s two-out single to center scored Baylee Allender for Seton Hall’s first run of the game, while Hailey Arteaga added two more runs with a single that scored Supercynski and Alyssa Abron.
