Florida went to extreme measures -- albeit in a joking manner -- to show college football fans that fax machines still have a place in the sports world.
Despite the use of smart phones, iPads and more modern equipment, fax machines are still the method in which most colleges prefer to receive national letters of intent from high school prospects.
The Gators created a faux twitter account with the handle @GatorsFax and sent out several tweets as if the actual fax machine was posting Tweets.
