What to watch for: LSU at Texas A&M

LSU (6-4, 4-3 SEC) and Texas A&M (8-3, 4-3) will cap off Thanksgiving night with an SEC West showdown at Kyle Field (7:30 p.m. ET, ESPN).

Both teams tumbled out of the playoff conversation this month, but this will still impact their bowl positioning. Today SEC reporters Sam Khan Jr. and David Ching discuss what the Tigers and Aggies must do to win on Thursday.

How to beat Texas A&M: Run the ball and stop the run. It sounds simple enough, but it's the recipe at the moment. Defensively, the Aggies have shown themselves to be vulnerable to good SEC rushing attacks (they allowed 282 rushing yards to Tennessee, 287 to Alabama and 365 to Mississippi State) but it's worth wondering how much a limping Myles Garrett factored into that.
