There wasn't a lot of disagreement in our picks this week. Only three games saw disagreement among our writers. Let's break them down here.
Vanderbilt vs. Texas A&M
Why Vanderbilt wins: The Commodores' defense consistently keeps the team in SEC games. It's No. 1 nationally in third-down conversions and in the top five in the SEC in points allowed, red zone and goal-to-go touchdown percentages, and opponents' Total QBR. Vanderbilt's one strength on a struggling offense -- running the football -- is the one thing Texas A&M struggles to defend. Vanderbilt running back Ralph Webb has rushed for 99, 99, 118 and 113 yards in his last four games; Texas A&M has allowed an average of 263 rushing yards to its last four SEC opponents.
