Auburn’s Kerryon Johnson is the SEC Offensive Player of the Year.
Johnson led the SEC in rushing with 1,320 yards. He also led the league with 19 touchdowns and had 23 receptions on the season. Johnson is now number 12 on the Auburn all-time career rushing list with 2,423 yards.
Defensive Player of the Year
Georgia’s Roquan Smith is the SEC Defensive Player of the Year.
Smith is Georgia’s leading tackler for the second consecutive season with 113 stops, 10.5 tackles for loss and 5.5 sacks, 2 fumble recoveries and a forced fumble.
