Georgia quarterback Carson Beck could be out the rest of the season after reportedly suffering a UCL injury in his right elbow.
According to Mark Schlabach and Chris Low of ESPN, the Bulldogs are preparing to play the entire College Football Playoff without their starting quarterback, adding it is "unlikely" Beck returns this season.
Beck is also "exploring surgery options" for the injury.
Pete Nakos of On3 first reported the quarterback was expected to miss the quarterfinal matchup on Jan. 1.
Beck suffered the injury after he got hit while attempting to throw a Hail Mary pass on the final play in the first half of his team's 22-19 overtime win over Texas in the SEC Championship Game on Dec.
