The Longhorns are no longer undefeated.
No. 1 Texas couldn't overcome a poor first-half performance against No. 5 Georgia on Saturday night, losing by the final score of 30-15.
Quinn Ewers had issues with turnovers throughout the game, as he threw an interception in the first quarter and fumbled the ball twice.
The Longhorns fell in an early 20-0 hole with Ewers in the game, prompting head coach Steve Sarkisian to briefly insert backup Arch Manning into the contest. Manning also couldn't get into any rhythm in the pocket against Georgia's defense, completing three of his six throws for 19 yards.
