Life after Les Miles officially begins on Saturday night for LSU as it’s set to host Missouri for a prime-time SEC showdown.
LSU (2-2) came into the season ranked No. 5 and with sky-high expectations, but that came crashing down when it fell to a stronger-than-expected Wisconsin team. An 18-13 loss to Auburn was the straw that broke the camel’s back, and the university made the move to part ways with Miles and promote Ed Orgeron to an interim role.
Waiting for the Tigers will be head coach Gary Pinkel and Missouri (2-2), who will be on the road for the first time since their disappointing 26-11 loss to West Virginia in the opener.
