Per Bryan Lazare of TigerBall.com, Fournette will not play against Jacksonville State, and it is "not definite" he will be ready for LSU's game against Mississippi State next week.
During LSU's 16-14 loss against Wisconsin last week, Fournette was injured during a run in the fourth quarter. Earlier in the week, Tigers head coach Les Miles told reporters his star running back only suffered a bruise and he expected him to play, per LSU's official Twitter account.
