Laquon Treadwell propels Ole Miss to win over Auburn

AUBURN, Ala. -- Before Saturday’s game, Laquon Treadwell said playing Auburn was different. This was the same team he played a year ago when he broke his leg. He wanted the Tigers to “feel his pain.” Yet, at the end of the first half, the Ole Miss star had just one catch for 18 yards.

That game plan changed in the second half. Treadwell caught six passes for 96 yards, and his 21-yard touchdown grab in the fourth quarter with Auburn defensive back Carlton Davis draped all over him proved to be the difference in the Rebels 27-19 win.
