Head Coach Tom Crean gained his first two Georgia basketball commitments for the class of 2019 yesterday. He then received his first de-commitment. On balance, it was a good 24 hours.
First, four-star guard recruit Jaykwon Walton, from Montgomery’s Carver High School, committed to Georgia basketball. Later, four-star point guard recruit Kyle Sturdivant of Norcross also committed.
Georgia basketball fans went to sleep with their Dawgs 2019 recruiting class ranked in the top ten nationally.
This morning, Sturdivant de-committed.
