Greyson Lambert Named Georgia Starting QB over Faton Bauta vs. Kentucky

It looks like the Faton Bauta experiment at Georgia is over, at least for Week 10. According to ESPN College Football, quarterback Greyson Lambert will start for the Bulldogs against Kentucky on Saturday.

Lambert started the first seven games of the season, leading Georgia to a 5-2 record. His inconsistencies over the past few weeks, however, which saw the team lose two consecutive games to Alabama and Tennessee, left the door open for Bauta.

But in Bauta's lone start against Florida, he struggled mightily, going 15-of-33 for 154 yards and four interceptions as Georgia lost 27-3 to drop to 5-3 on the season.
