The Georgia Softball program picked up a big early offseason addition on Monday in University of Louisville transfer catcher and reigning ACC Freshman of the Year Sarah Gordon. Gordon played (and started) all 56 games for the Cardinals this past season. She helped lead Louisville to a 36-20 record and a spot in the NCAA tournament (as the 3-seed in the Knoxville regional, where Louisville went 1-2).
Gordon made an immediate impact at Louisville as arguably one of the best Freshmen in the country (as well as one of the top catchers in the nation) this past season.
