Natchitoches Central (La.) junior Brandon Rachal discusses big summer on the court, bringing football back into his life and potentially being part of an LSU legacy.
Brandon Rachal was already known for his tenacious defending exiting his sophomore season at Natchitoches Central, one of Louisiana's top 5A programs.
Over this summer Rachal, a versatile 2017 four-star guard, enhanced his reputation, leading Elfrid Payton Elite in scoring (14.1 ppg) and rebounding (7.8 ppg) en route to crashing the Peach Jam during the program's first season on the Nike EYBL circuit.
Interest has poured in from high-major colleges across the country, with Rachal (6-5, 205) now possessing offers from Kansas State, Miami, USC, Wake Forest and Massachusetts, among others.
