Former Ole Miss quarterback Bo Wallace was arrested and charged with driving under the influence in Clay County, Mississippi, on Saturday.
According to online arrest records, Wallace was booked at 11:06 p.m. Saturday by the West Point Police Department. He was released a little more than two hours later on $813.50 bond.
East Mississippi Community College head coach Buddy Stephens, who hired Wallace as his quarterbacks coach in January, said the arrest was the result of a prescription medication. Stephens said Wallace fell asleep after working a football camp and was involved in an accident, per Antonio Morales and Will Sammon of the Clarion-Ledger.
