Change is coming to Florida's quarterback situation, and it has to mean an evolutionary change in Gainesville.
With starter Luke Del Rio out for Saturday's critical game with South Carolina because of a shoulder injury, Florida coach Jim McElwain has no choice but to look elsewhere to try and fix a mind-numbingly bad passing game. We don't know if real change would have come if Del Rio hadn't have been injured during the Gators' embarrassing 31-10 loss at Arkansas over the weekend, but it's now time for Florida's offensive coaching staff to somewhat start over from scratch with an offense that has devolved as the season has gone on.
