AUBURN, Ala. -- When Auburn returns to the practice field Tuesday, the team will turn its sole focus to the first opponent, the Clemson Tigers. After all, the season opener is now just 11 days away.
Motivation shouldn’t be a problem either. Clemson made it all the way to the national championship a year ago, and Dabo Swinney’s team comes into this season ranked No. 2 in the recently released AP poll.
“It’s always exciting knowing you’re playing one of the better teams in the country,” Auburn wide receiver Marcus Davis said.
