The Florida Gators reportedly added a future playmaker on the wing Friday when Keyontae Johnson joined their 2018 recruiting class.

Kevin Brockway of GatorSports.com reported the news.

Johnson is 6'5", 190 pounds and a 4-star prospect, per 247Sports' composite rankings, and the No. 103 overall player and No. 26 small forward in his class. He attracted attention from programs across the country, as Texas Tech, Providence, Minnesota, Virginia Tech, Wake Forest and Georgia Tech, among others, were all included on 247Sports' schools of interest list at one point.

His athleticism allows him to slice through the lane and finish at the rim, but he is also capable of getting out in transition and filling the lane on the outside.
