The Florida Gators are coming off a 9-4 season–10 wins if they played Presbyterian–and a bowl win over Iowa.
The post-Tebow era has been one disappointment after another, offensively. Watching the Florida offense is equivalent to watching paint dry–except watching paint dry doesn’t make you scream at the TV.
However, a lot of the pieces Florida has coming back are good ones. With threats on the outside, a fierce three-headed monster in the backfield, and an offensive line that has been progressing.
Defensively, they lost a lot of key guys, including their heart and soul of their defense, linebacker Jarrad Davis, their shutdown corners Teez Tabor and Quincy Wilson, and several over key pieces like Marcus Maye.
