The hosts exploded with three goals in a span of six minutes in the first half, including a brace from Jorge Gonzalez Arseni. The two rivals meet again on Saturday, September 12 at Providence Park (7:00 p.m. PT / ESPN+).
The home side got on the board first in the 18th minute courtesy of Gonzalez Arseni on an assist from Aedan Stanley, minutes before Giovanni Calixtro made it 2-0 via with a penalty kick.
