Jordan Morris has torn his ACL, according to Swansea City head coach Steve Cooper. Morris suffered the injury this past weekend against Huddersfield on the road. He entered the match at halftime, replacing Jamal Lowe, and was stretchered off the pitch about 20 minutes later. Morris did not collide with any players, but awkwardly landed on his left leg.
Cooper said that there is “significant ligament damage” to his left ACL, while meeting with the press on Monday.
“Everything we hoped it wasn’t, it has turned out to be,” Cooper said.
