The Seattle Sounders are at the business end of the MLS Playoffs yet again as they face off against a familiar foe in FC Dallas this evening. The Sounders are coming off a convincing 3-1 victory over LAFC in Round One of the playoffs. FC Dallas picked up a surprise win over the Portland Timbers, advancing on penalty kicks.
If history has taught us anything, it’s that this matchup could be a barn burner. These two teams met in the first round of the playoffs in 2019 and that game ended 4-3 in added time.
