Fredy Montero could soon return to the Seattle Sounders.
The news was first reported by Niko Moreno and was subsequently independently verified with a very reliable source by Sounder at Heart. The source did not indicate how close a deal was, but made clear that talks are ongoing.
At least two independent sources tell me and @SportsPulso that #Sounders is actively looking to sign free agent Fredy Montero.
The 33 year old Colombian forward has spent his last few season with the #VWFC and could now return to Seattle, where he started his #MLS career.
