With Washington set to fully reopen at the end of this month, the Seattle Sounders have decided it’s time to open Lumen Field to everyone, with no restrictions. OL Reign will do the same at Cheney Stadium.

Having proceeded with a phased approach to fans attending games thus far — and with no apparent hiccups — starting July 7, fans who attend matches can do so in the same way they did before Covid-19 became a household name. That means no proof of vaccination, no social distancing and no masks. For children ages 5-15, the team will no longer require proof of a negative Covid-19 test.
