SEATTLE, WASH. – Seattle Sounders FC today announced that it has waived forward Victor Mansaray. The Homegrown Player signed with Seattle prior to the 2015 season and made three MLS appearances, in addition to playing extensively with Sounders FC 2, where he recorded five goals and three assists in 35 appearances. Mansaray spent most of the 2017 season on loan with USL side FC Cincinnati.
