SEATTLE, WASH. – Sounders FC today announced that it has re-signed midfielder Harry Shipp. Shipp, who was out of contract following the 2019 campaign, remains with Seattle for a fourth consecutive year after joining the club prior to the 2017 season. The 28-year-old started 15 of his 25 regular-season appearances in 2019, recording five goals and three assists.
“Harry has been an important member of our team the last few years and we are happy to bring him back for 2020,” said Sounders FC General Manager & President of Soccer Garth Lagerwey. “He provides steady, consistent play and is a good veteran presence in our locker room.
