SEATTLE, WASH. - Sounders FC 2 today announced that it has agreed to a contract extension with forward Myron Samuel. Samuel, 23, appeared in just one match for S2 in 2015, scoring two goals and recording one assist before breaking his foot in a 3-2 win over Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC on August 19. Per USL and club policy, terms of the agreements are not being disclosed.
"We are very pleased Myron has agreed to a contract extension with us," Head Coach Ezra Hendrickson said. "He is a talented player and a natural scorer, and we believe he has the potential to compete for a spot on the First Team as he continues to develop.
