Seattle Sounders FC and the Seattle Seahawks are no longer co-located, but they are definitely still siblings in the local sports scene. Several Seahawks watched the Sounders win MLS Cup 2016 and join them as local champions.
Tuesday, the ‘Hawks raised a Sounders flag with a brand new star outside of their Renton training facility.
“I wish I could go," Carroll said as the Seahawks ready for their Thursday Night Football game against the Los Angeles Rams. "A normal Tuesday we might have been able to make it. That was a fantastic game, just as dramatic as it could be and guys coming through.
