The Seattle Sounders have signed forward Andy Craven and goalkeeper Tyler Miller to first-team contracts for the 2016 season, the club announced Monday in a release.
Craven became the first S2 player to earn an MLS deal when he was signed to the first team in the wake of Obafemi Martins’ injury and Clint Dempsey’s suspension this past summer. The rookie out of the University of North Carolina made three Sounders appearances before suffering a season-ending left knee injury at practice.
