The Seattle Sounders advanced to No. 5 in the latest MLS Power Rankings following their emphatic 4-0 win over the Colorado Rapids on Saturday. The win was Seattle’s 10th in its last 12 matches.
After dropping two matches to the Philadelphia Union and LA Galaxy, the Sounders responded in a massive way, with Raúl Ruidíaz (brace) and Nicolás Lodeiro (goal and two assists) leading the way.
The Sounders return to action at home against the Houston Dynamo on Monday, Oct. 8 (7:30 p.m. PT; JOEtv, YouTube TV, 950 KJR AM, El Rey 1360 AM | TICKETS).
