With the Copa America Centenario tournament set to start on June 3rd, the international teams have begun to construct their rosters. Multiple Seattle Sounders have been named to different sides. Forward, Nelson Valdez, has been named to Paraguay’s 23 man roster.
The 32-year-old forward has played in 382 minutes this season for Seattle and he has yet to net a goal this campaign. He has played in a total of seven games this year and has started in four of them. He isn’t in the best of form heading into the tournament but things could change in the next month.
