The Seattle Sounders went to Houston with an opportunity to make up some ground in the Supporters’ Shield race and promptly picked up zero points. They didn’t look horrible, and Houston’s early goals seemed to come almost from nothing, but as the match wore on, it became clearer and clearer that, aside from Jimmy Medranda bangers, Seattle didn’t have a ton of ideas.
