After a rough two weeks in south Texas, which included a bad 3-0 loss at Rio Grand Valley and a less bad 3-1 loss in San Antonio, Seattle Sounders 2 are back in the friendlier confines of Cheney Stadium for their penultimate home game of the season. S2 are one match into a 15-day stretch that will see them play 5 matches so there will likely be even more lineup variation than S2’s standard extremely high variation. The organization has traditionally used the season’s closing games to get Academy kids some more time with S2 so the average age will likely hover around or below 18 as it did in San Antonio at the weekend.
