S2, the Sounders’ USL team, announced Friday the signings of defender Brandon John and midfielders Jordy Delem and Willy Kapawa. All three are eligible for Sunday night’s home match against Oklahoma Energy FC. Per league and club policy, terms of the agreements are not being disclosed.
John, 21, is a native of St. Vincent and the Grenadines — as is coach Ezra Hendrickson, forward Myron Samuel and Sounders attacker Oalex Anderson — though he has Canadian citizenship and played for Canada’s U-20 team. He most recently suited up for FC Erzgebirge Aue’s U-23 squad in the German fifth division.
