TUKWILA, Wash. — Back on December 9, 2016 the Seattle Sounders were not MLS Cup champions. They were training for the biggest day in their short history in the league, and unfortunately Oalex Anderson went down with a significant knee injury. The speedy winger was lost for the Cup and waived in the offseason, but since January he has rehabbed with the organization that took him from Vincy Heat to S2 to First Team.
Oalex is not under contract. But he still has a locker at Starfire, training gear and the support of the organization.
