Major League Soccer on Monday named Seattle Sounders defender Nouhou to the Week 20 Team of the Week bench for his efforts in a shorthanded 1-1 draw at Atlanta United on Sunday.
The Sounders went down to 10 men in the 63rd minute after Jordan McCrary picked up his second yellow card of the match. Nouhou performed admirably at left back, slowing down Atlanta’s potent attack and helping lead the Sounders to three straight road results.
