She becomes the only player to have been nominated in both years of the award's existence.
For the second consecutive year, the Reign's all-everything attacking midfielder Kim Little has been nominated for the BBC's Women's Footballer of the Year award, which honors the best female player in the world for club and country. Voting on the winner can be done online here and is open to the general public until May 9th.
This year she joins fellow nominees Carli Lloyd and Becky Sauerbrunn from the US, soon-to-be-Thorn Amandine Henry from France, and Cameroonian Gaelle Enganamouit, who plays for FC Rosengard in Sweden.
