It sure looks like Joevin Jones wants to return to Sounders

Joevin Jones left the Seattle Sounders last offseason on somewhat questionable terms, basically going AWOL at one point and apparently upset with how his contract negotiations were handled.

But less than a year after joining 2. Bundesliga side SV Darmstadt 98, Jones is dropping some pretty strong hints that he might want to come back. In comments on two different Instagram posts by Cristian Roldan and Osvaldo Alonso, Jones expressed a desire to play for the Sounders again.

Of course, Instagram comments should not be taken as any sort of official statement and it’s entirely possible that he’s simply joking around, but it does seem to suggest some level of dissatisfaction with his current situation.
