Michael Salazar scored his first two MLS goals in his first start to help the Montreal Impact rally for a 3-2 victory over the New England Revolution on Saturday.
Kei Kamara scored twice, his first MLS goals in six games since moving to New England from Columbus in May, to put the Revs 2-0 up by the 33rd minute.
But the 23-year-old Salazar, starting in place of the injured Didier Drogba, got Montreal on the scoreboard in the 40th minute and then tied it three minutes into the second half.
Ignacio Piatti scored the eventual winner from the penalty spot with his 10th goal of the season after he was tripped by Revs keeper Brad Knighton in the 54th minute.
