Henry Wingo returned to Seattle Sounders training on Tuesday, but it sounds like it may only be temporary. Wingo had been training with Norway’s Molde for the past two weeks.
“I think there are some things cooking behind the scenes,” Sounders head coach Brian Schmetzer said. “But if he goes, great for him. If he stays, we’re happy to have him back. We have not yet done anything with him, I’ll make that clear.”
Reading between the lines a bit, some sort of move seems like a solid bet. Molde is apparently looking to add some talent and were impressed by what they saw.
