The roster for the Sounders eMLS Cup is set and includes Clint Dempsey and Kelvin Leerdam as starters in Flickiify’s 4-4-2. Osvaldo Alonso and Nicolas Lodeiro join the Sounders contingent on the bench. Romain Alessandrini is the third and final starter from MLS.
In eMLS teams are required to have a minimum of two of their own club’s players on the field and at least one other MLS player, for a total of three at all times. The team can then be filled by anyone else in the FIFAverse.
Like a lot of the teams for eMLS, it is a bit unbalanced in attacking threats, with the midfield being made up of Dempsey, Alessandrini, Paul Pogba, and N’Golo Kante.
