The Tacoma Defiance have been forced to push back Wednesday’s match against Reno 1868 after a positive Covid-19 test in the organization. The match will instead be played on Thursday in Reno.
Although this is the first positive Covid-19 test within the Defiance organization, it is at least the third such result from the Sounders. Back in March, the Sounders reported that a member of the support staff had tested positive but that they had limited interactions with players around the time they were infected. Shortly after the Sounders re-started training, they reported that a player had tested positive.
