Seattle soccer fans eager to learn the CenturyLink Field matchups for Copa América 2016 don't have too much longer to wait. The televised draw will take place Feb. 21 at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City, the Copa Local Organizing Committee announced Tuesday.
The details on how the selections will work will be announced in the leadup to the event, but the organizers say seeding for the draw will be based on the December 2015 FIFA World Rankings. Using those rankings directly to create pots to draw from would give you the following:
