Thanks to another great defensive effort and a great game from Thomas Rawls, the Seattle Seahawks beat the Detroit Lions 26-6 Saturday night. The Lions didn't score a TD in the game, while the Seahawks had three. Seattle never trailed in the game.
Check out all three Seahawks touchdowns from their win below.
There was no scoring in the first quarter, but the Seahawks struck first in the second quarter. It was an impressive grab on fourth down from Paul Richardson, even if it probably shouldn't have counted because of Richardson's face mask grabbing. Still, it was an impressive catch.
Now up 13-6 in the fourth quarter, Rawls added a TD to make it 19-6 (the PAT was no good).
And just for good measure, the Seahawks added another TD late in the fourth. The Russell Wilson pass was intended for Jermaine Kearse, but Doug Baldwin called dibs.
That made it 26-6, which would also be the final score.
