It's been two years since the Seattle Seahawks won the Super Bowl, but they're still one of the NFL's elite teams. However, they aren't satisfied with just being a good team - they've had a taste of Super Bowl success, and they'll stop at nothing to get it back. For that to happen, they're going to need big seasons from these three players:
RB Thomas Rawls
Rawls is taking over as the lead back after Marshawn Lynch's retirement, and he showed during his rookie season that he was what it takes. He racked up 840 yards on just 147 carries last season - 712 of which came in the six games where he got 16 carries or more. That was an incredible display of Rawls' potential and gave Seattle confidence in giving him this expanded role. Now, he has to deliver.
TE Jimmy Graham
The Jimmy Graham experiment was a complete bust in 2015 as he was never able to find a fit in the offense. His terrible blocking skills were completely exposed, and the Seahawks weren't able to utilize him in the red zone (just two touchdown catches). Seattle's offense needs Graham to be the big, dynamic receiving option he was brought there to be. If he doesn't step up, he could be playing elsewhere next season.
DE Frank Clark
Clark was solid as a rookie, racking up 16 tackles and three sacks in a reserve role, but he didn't do anything spectacular. Now, the Seahawks are relying on him to take over the departed Bruce Irvin in the starting lineup. Clark is a different player than Irvin, as he is much bigger and stronger, but Seattle's success will largely be dependent upon his ability to pressure the quarterback.
