CAN SEAHAWKS MOVE INTO FIRST PLACE ON THEIR DAY OFF?
While Seattle is on its bye after the epic 27-24 overtime win over the 49ers that lasted three hours and 49 minutes, San Francisco had to quickly get back to work, hosting the Arizona Cardinals. And if Arizona pulls off the win — which suddenly doesn’t appear the daunting prospect it did a few weeks ago when the 49ers were undefeated and healthier — then the Seahawks would officially be in first place in the NFC West by the end of Sunday (each would be 8-2 but Seattle would hold the head-to-head tiebreaker for the moment).
