In not particularly surprising news, the Seattle Seahawks have promoted a wide receiver from the practice squad in response to Doug Baldwin destined to miss time due to a reported MCL tear.
Head coach Pete Carroll confirmed on Tuesday that the team has added Keenan Reynolds to the active roster, which comes hours after it was reported that Seattle had signed WR Malik Turner to fill a practice squad spot left when CB Akeem King was put on the active roster. The addition of Reynolds means someone had to go from the 53-man group, and that’s safety Shalom Luani, whom the Seahawks traded a 2019 seventh-round pick for a couple of weeks ago.
