Wednesday was a busy day for general manager of the Seattle Seahawks John Schneider. First he orchestrated a trade of one of the more expensive free agent acquisitions of the offseasons, sending linebacker Jerome Baker to the Tennessee Titans in exchange for Ernest Jones.
Jones, of course, is a former undrafted free agent who started 33 games for the Los Angeles Rams, including eight during the 2021 season that ended with Sean McVay and company hoisting the Lombardi trophy as Super Bowl Champions.
