Earl Thomas and Tyler Lockett were two starters expected to be non-participants when Seattle began OTAs earlier this week, both players suffering broken legs toward the end of the 2016 season.However, Day 1 photos from the team on Tuesday showed Thomas in uniform with a helmet on conversing with coach Pete Carroll.
