Entering the week, people were legitimately asking the question: “Are the Rams the best team in the NFC West?”
After Seattle’s 16-10 win Sunday over the Rams in LA, the answer — at least for now — is a resounding no.
Sure, the Rams looked formidable. And the Seahawks needed five turnovers and some luck to sneak away with a victory, but that’s life in today’s NFL. And when push came to shove, Seattle made the plays that mattered.
While the offense again struggled to establish a running game or consistent tempo on offense, the defense mauled second-year QB Jared Goff and star running back Todd Gurley in the LA sun.
